My artistic trajectory began in physical and sensorial theatre and has gradually shifted into dance and performance, with a strong pull toward improvisation and contemplative practice. I have been learning in different international contexts with groups such as Stella Polaris (2014–2015, Norway), DUENDE School for Ensemble Physical Theatre (2016, Greece), Carte Blanche sensorial theatre (2016–2017, Denmark), and JINEN Butoh School (2017–2018, Italy). Vipassana meditation has been a daily foundation in my life since 2014. After moving to Finland in 2020, my practice has slowed down and become more process-based. I have been involved in community-led initiatives such as Sydenkoulu ry (2020–2022), as well as interdisciplinary creative work often centred around time spent outdoors, exploring forests as a vast and immersive playground. Most recently I was part of the artist cohort in an experimental research-based project Gifts from the Sentient Forest (2024–2026) where I also shared parts of my ongoing movement explorations. I am engaged locally in Porvoo, exchanging practices in a group of professional artists working within dance and performing arts.

I hold deep gratitude to the teachers who have influenced the way I move and think as an artist: Per Spildra Borg, Atsushi Takenouchi and Hiroko Komiya, Imre Thorman, Vangeline, Maura Baiocchi, Kristin Nilsen Oma, Jura Pastuszenko, Maria F. Scaroni, Frank van de Ven and Milos Sejn, Carole Douillard, Adrian Russi, Iwona Olszowska, Paweł Konior, Jakub Gontarski, Dasha Lavrennikov, Olive Bieringa, Katja Mustonen, Elina Ikonen, and Lindon Shimizu. And to all the school / workshop / gathering / retreat participants who helped me to learn and reflect.
